Who This Applies To
First College Portal is an internal application for staff, volunteers, and students of First College, the college ministry of First Baptist Church Tuscaloosa. Access is limited to authorized individuals only.
Authorized Use
You may use this app only for legitimate First College ministry activities. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with others or attempt to access accounts that are not your own.
SMS Sign-In
By providing your phone number to sign in, you consent to receive a one-time verification code via SMS. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You will receive 1 message per login attempt. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS verification.
Profile Setup and Planning Center
On your first sign-in by phone, we may look up your profile information (name, email, photo) from Planning Center Online using your phone number. If a match is found, we will pre-fill your profile with that information for your review. If no match is found, you will be asked to enter your name and email. You may update your profile information at any time by contacting us.
Activity Logging
By using this app, you consent to the recording of sign-in events and session activity (approximately every 30 minutes of use). This information is used solely to understand how ministry tools are being used and is accessible only to First College staff and administrators.
Data and Privacy
Your use of this app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this app in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. First Baptist Church Tuscaloosa reserves the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
